My wife and I are very involved parents, so you would only be in charge of all three kids sometimes. Duties would include child care, cleaning, light cooking, and other household related tasks. Ideal hours would be 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays, but we could be flexible with hours and days for the right candidate. Must have excellent references. Must have basic English or Spanish language skills. Driver's license and car are a plus, but not necessary. Pay and benefits dependent on experience.
